We bought a deal which was mezes for 2, bottle of wine and a dessert. When we got there we asked if we could upgrade our wine and pay the difference but was told no. I ordered the vegetarian and my husband ordered the meat meze after enquiring what was included.
Two vegetarian mezes were then put in front of us by a different waitress. My husband said he had ordered the meat (which was less than £2 difference in price) and was told no... He had to have the vegetarian even though the offer did not state that.
Reluctantly she bought over a meat meze after arguing with us for 5 minutes. The restuarant was quite empty and the whole idea of these offeres is to encourage people to return. On balance we had a mediocre meal in an empty resturant with a waitress more intent on arguing than providing good service. Needless to say we will not be returning.
