The waitress lost our credit card, laid it down, someone else picked it up. We waited an hour and they finally found it with another employee. The manager never returned to our table or even offered compensation for our time and anguish.
If I were the manager of that restaurant I would never have allowed a customer who went through such an ordeal to pay for their meal. It cost us $36 and over an hour of panic. I've been unable to find an address or phone number online for the corporate office to report my complaint.
