Treatment of employees - Service - poor manager service

This needs immediate attention!!!
For 13 years, there has been a special needs/disabled gentleman that worked at Burger King on Patteson Dr. He would come in 2 hours before his shift (he only officially worked 2 - 3 hrs a day) and work just because he wanted to be there. He was not a slacker. He was always doing something. BK closed for the reco... Nstruction of the building. They didn't bring him back. When another worker was asked where he was, she said that management decided not to bring him back. They needed a "new look". I am freakin livid! This man put 13 years of his life into this place. He worked when he wasn't even getting paid. The customers loved him. His mom passed away not too long ago and he was so sick and heartbroken over it. I can't imagine how he is feeling about this decision that a company made because they needed a "new look". I'm not sure what all I can do about this, but I plan on finding out. We all need too post this and do something about this, It is Mon County.
