As you know my last writings about this certain store there was a meeting with the area supervisor and the GM about a raise and about the super supervisor. The area supervisor said that I and the gm. We%u2019re going to sit down and talk about a raise which I and the area supervisor and the gm. Did. They have this paper like they rate you on what you do in the store whether or not you say hi or by to the customers I work maintenance and I work on the backline as a closer, a lot of the times when costumers come in the store or leave the store I am busy making sandwiches for drive thru or the front counter and since I don%u2019t say hi or bye or thank you on this little paper that they have they rate you and they tell you that u have to get a 3.00 to get a raise. And every time I got a six month review and my scores was a 2.99 or 2.89 this last one with not getting a six months review for a year I think it was a 2.30. Since theses scores are not a 3.00 you don%u2019t get a raise the gm. Rates the paper by your performance but there is no one in the store knows as much as I do on fixing and cleaning and maintaining the equipment in the store. None of the supervisors every had to come and tell me how to do my job but I work with the area supervisor in the store and he knows my work and I still have not gotten a raise and now the new thing is that they hired a new supervisor that worked for K.F.C. And this K.F.C. Was shut down because it was dirty and she was the supervisor and mind you she is a friend to the super supervisor who can%u2019t do her job without team member%u2019s and in this store the supervisor that has bipolar and the gm. Seem like they are the best of friends and this girl can%u2019t do anything wrong or anything right and still gets praises from the gm. They have another paper where they check your closes mind you again the store doesn%u2019t get cleaned or the equipment because the new workers he hired where trained and are the super supervisors friends and she don%u2019t know what she is doing and she doesn%u2019t know how to tear down the equipment and it took 2 months to learn how to make sandwiches and they still don%u2019t know how to do that. Mind you these people get all the hours and they get the raises and they fuss and fight and you swear that you were on the jerry springer show because the new crew that was hired in the last year seems like they are jerry springer rejects. Just last Thursday and two of them had a shouting match during the lunch hour and then they went out the back door and they was shoving each other and mind you that there was customers in the store at that time, mind you that this store is only as good as the team captain. So I advised you read the application carefully and if you sit down to have an interview make sure you ask when your next raise is because some supervisors or GM's might pencil whip you so you won%u2019t get a raise no matter how good you are or how much you know.
