Ate lunch last Sunday, September 2nd. Ordered flame burger and beltbuster meals, along with 2 chicken strip meals. It wasn't too busy, but took about 30 minutes to get the meal. The only thing right was the chicken strip meals. I had ordered raspberry slushies (sorry, can't remember the name of your drink), and we were brought 2 cups with ice. When I questioned the server, she said the slushies machine was broken. (We were not told previously about this.) After we ate, I ordered 2 medium blizzards, paid for them, and waited another 30 minutes, and never got the blizzards. I asked for my money back, and the manager was extremely rude, not apologizing, smiling, or thanking us for coming in. He thrust the money in my hand, turned and walked away. Either closed the store, or get some good help in there. Couldn't believe how bad the service has become.
