Lack of prompt service. There is a complete lack of service at the inside order counter. On my last two visits, there wasn%u2019t any menu display. The menu screens were blank. Unless you have order in mind, good luck. It appeared that there were not enough people behind the counter to take or fill orders. It seemed as though this location does not have adequate on site management to keep things moving. We will not go back to this BK location until the service issues are improved. The Golden Arches down the street have our business.
