I was at the burger king on south 6th street in Springfield, Illinois this evening. The ice was out of the ice machine. The cherry cola was clear. There were no napkins out. The tables looked like they had not been wiped off. Not just a few tables but almost all of them. The floors were dirty. Person behind the counter did not have very good customer service skills.
