I was the ONLY one in line...
Ordered a 20 piece nugget (among other things). Went inside to order because I have had inaccurate orders in the past via the drive-thru. Took order home and found they shorted me by 10 nuggets. I called the store to let them know and they told me to come back to get the nuggets - NO apology at all. So now I'm pissed and drive back to the store. Still no apology, BUT then again I was pretty upset and said some choice words to the staff. So for my inconvenience I get 2 apple pies from the manager - and still NO apology. I asked for some coupons and I get 3 tickets for who knows what& I asked the manager to confirm what the tickets were good for - and she said she didn't know. I asked again and finally confirmed they were good for a dollar menu item.incompetence at its finest at this location.
