McDonald's Frappe' Portion Size - Large Mocha Frappe'

I often buy a large Mocha Frappe' after work. Recently, I noticed that the cups were not being filled to what I considered a reasonable level. I politely complained via their website, and got a call back saying that their corporate policy says that if the cup is filled to the solid line on the cup, it is considered a "full serving". So, I did some experimenting with their cup. The cup holds 22 ounces, and on their website, the "serving size" is a "22 ounce cup". However, from talking to them on the phone, a "serving" isn't 22 ounces, but rather a "serving" is 16 ounces (filled to the solid line on the cup). Therefore, they defend serving the customer only 16 ounces of Frappe' so long as it is in their 22 ounce cup! The cup is only supposed to be less than 3/4 full according to their corporate policy! However, they forgot to inform the photographer who took the photo for their website.in that photo, the Frappe' is filled to the line made by the plastic shape of the cup, which in my experiment is the 20 ounce level. My experiment showed the cup holds 22 ounces. They say a "full serving" is 16 ounces (filled to the solid line on the cup). The printed line on the cup corresponds to 18 ounces, and in their website photo, the cup is filled to the 20 ounce line (the line where the plastic cup changes shape). Oh, well, I'll probably be much more healthy without my Frappe' habit, since I choose not to pay for empty cup volume. $3.29 is a lot to pay for a treat like this, but if they want me to pay for empty space in their cup, there are other places that would love to have my $3.29 each day for something besides empty space in a cup.
