To whom it may concern; On Sunday April 29, approx. 4:00 P.M. My daughter, my friend, and myself arrived at the food court at Mayfair mall and I decided that I was going to go to Sbarro to eat looking forward to eat at this establishment. I went up to counter and two young Hispanic men were there and the taller hispanic man approached me and asked "if he could help me", i then asked him "Does this come in a meal?" He busted out laughing and ran to the back room. I stood there in shock and asked the other young man "what was that all about?" The other man replied "I don't know." I than stood for a few moments and the swinging door from the kitchen opened and another man popped his head out laughing and staring. I than said "What is so funny?" He did not reply and than i said to him "are you the manager?" and he replied "yes". I explained the situation to him and he just stared and was laughing at me. I than was so upset i asked for his name which is Jose and said "I would like the corperate office number and he handed me a blank piece of paper. I passed this story on to my 24 year old daughter and she went back up to the counter and asked again for the number. This time he did giver her the number. I have worked in many retail busninesses and also waitressed and i would never ever treat a customer as poorly as i was treated. I just thought that you should know the kind of people you have representing you'r business. I hope that action wil be taken upon this situation.
