Today is February (2/13).

It took me this long to write about this, b/c I was simply too busy at the time. I made a note to write about this, but apparently I lost that note and I just found it now.

On 8/3 @ 8:21 pm, I went to the Sbarro at the Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas.
The employee who served me was an asian girl named “Marie”. The phone number on my receipt is 702-737-5343.

I ordered a “Veggie Slice” pizza for $4.99 per slice. I also ordered a “Snapple” drink for $2.99. The Subtotal is $7.98. The Tax is $0.65. The “Eat In Total” is $8.63. I paid in cash.

The pizza I received was the last piece. It did NOT taste as good as all the other times that I ate at Sbarro. Actually it pretty much SUCKED at the taste department!!! I’d give it 1 / 5 stars. FYI: I’ve been eating at Sbarro for a really long time (hint: for like over a decade!!!). Here’s what is REALLY discusting: she DROPPED MY PIZZA out of its place! She dropped the pizza on the counter! Yes, D-R-O-P-P-E-D it! At the time, I was just so extremely hungry and therefore so tired, that I ended up just eating it. I was just hoping that the counter was clean. I can’t believe she had extremely no remorse for what she just did. There were several other people who saw what she did! This chick did NOT even APOLOGIZE! This chick did NOT even offer to give me a replacement or any other type of fitting compensation! She didn’t even flinch when she realized that she dropped MY PIZZA (that I PAID for in cash).

The drink was also the last bottle. The drink was NOT CHILLED! It was barely cold (BARELY). I mean it was summer, so obviously it was gonna be hot. Especially SUMMER IN VEGAS, even at August! I paid an expensive amount of more than $3 for a bottle of Snapple. This would’ve only costed me $1 in a vending machine, apparently convenience will co$t me. If I would’ve known the prices ahead of time, I would’ve brought me my own water bottle (which I usually do).

I asked if tax was included, she’s like “YAHHH”. She looked annoyed. She sounded annoyed. She gave me this attitude like I’m some kind of dumb bitch?!?! Like WTF!!??!!?? She gave me an attitude through her voice. She gave me an attitude through the way she looked at me. She gave me an attitude through the way she acted towards me. She was snotty and she was snobby. ‘NUFF SAID!

As for the WAIT…oh boy did she make me WAIT. As if that wasn’t ENOUGH INJURY to insult, she served one customer AFTER ME! I was waiting longer!!! I’m thinking EXCUSE you!!! …I was FIRST!!! …I was here BEFORE that customer!!! …yet you served a customer AFTER ME!!! After me?!?! R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S. When I was 1) so hungry 2) so tired 3) disrespected in excess 4) served a DROPPED pizza. 5) paid a disgustingly expensive amount of more than $3 for a bottle of Snapple.

EPIC FAIL. FAIL! Major fail on your part Sbarro, esp. For not training this specific employee on her unacceptable behavior towards loyal customers like myself. I used to like eating at Sbarro all the time (what with the way customer service used to be and the ginormous portions), but I guess you may have just lost a loyal customer (s) for life.
