When ordering at any Jack in the Box in Hawaii, may be nationwide but I don't know, for example if you order a #3 with a Coke the employee will say "Medium or Large" rather than saying "Small, Medium, or Large." Is this not illegal to not give the custom all the options they offer? They make more money off of up-sizing orders. I find this deceptive and annoying... I asked for a #3 with a Coke which implies regular size aka SMALL at no extra charge. If I want medium or large... I will ask for it.
