I placed a togo order about 3 weeks ago. I ordered 2 bouron steaks. One was 8oz and other was 6oz. When I got back home with them they both were 6 oz. I called and talk to manager of the store and he took my name down and said next time I was in there he would make it right. So today on 3-11-12 at 8pm I called and placed a togo order with one of the servers there for 2 renagade steaks meals and told the server the mangager said next time I was in there he would make it up to me. Server said ok and he would go talk to manager and get my order placed. He took down my name and phone number. When I went up there to pick up my order it wasnt even placed. The manager came out and talk to me. He said LOOK... Im sorry but he never had my name wrote down last time when they messed up my order so he never put my order in this time cause wasnt sure I would still want it since wasnt going to give me a discount as he told me over the phone 3 weeks ago he was going to do. He said that it wasnt him I talk to and they normally dont do that, They normal take your name and address and mail a gift card. Well that is not true nor what he told me over the phone 3 weeks ago. He just told me he would right down my name and take care of me when i came back the next time. I wasnt worried about the discount as much as the way he treated me when I was in there to pick up my order as well as he never had even placed my order!!! If he wasnt sure
If would want the food still he should of called me. They took down my name and number when I placed this togo order so there was no reason for it!!! He then asked if I wanted him to place the order then. And ofcourse I didnt cause I didnt wanna wait 30 more minutes so I left..
He was very unprofessional how he talks
And treats his customers and ill never eat at this location again! It only takes 2 seconds to pick up the phone!!!
