Emailed company via the 'contact us' link on their website.initial complaint was regarding food quality on 12/31. Received an apology from company representative 'Ben' on 1/20. He issued me a $30 credit towards a future order and gave me instructions on using the credit. On 2/4 we attempted to use the credit and were met with accusations of theft and scamming. Told by the 'manager on duty' that we should have brought the food back to the restaurant on 12/31 if it was bad and showed it to the staff.
Manager on duty said that we were lying and that no credit had been issued, this was after repeated offers to bring in the emails that clearly show they were sent from the Arvati's website. Manager on duty threatened to turn over the conversation he had been recording (without our express consent) to the Glen Ellyn Police, and said that we should seek peace in our lives and stop trying to scam family businesses out of free pizza. He said if we continued to harass him regarding this matter he would contact the police. This all took place during one phone call.
