My family and I are regular customers at IHOP #3258, San Antonio, Culebra Rd.
I took my kids in the evening, we usually go in the mornings. The waiter took our order for drinks, a minute later, another waiter came to take our order for drinks, apparantly he was replacing the previous waiter. We should of been informed; then we placed our orders; it took 45 min to get our orders, and our first waiter brought it out. I was confused on who was actually our waiter because they both kept switching. This was the worst experienced I have had at this IHOP, which is our favorite. I don't think I will be an "evening" customer anymore.
