Worst mcdonals anywhere - i concurr with gregw.
Let me tell you about my experience about 1/2 hr ago. My husband and I went thru the drive thru, of course apparently I see that was my first mistake. We went to get my son something for his Birthday. We ordered him the 20 piece McNuggets. We also received three other sandwiches. Once we received our food, my husband pulled up a little so I could check the bags. Now, this part was my fault, sort of because I really should have to check the dang bag, but when I checked the bag, I thought I counted all the sandwiches and saw the McNuggets but oh, no... When we got home everything was in the bag EXCEPT FOR THE McNUGGETS!!! My husband kindly calls the store and tells them "My wife is on her way back over and is upset because we didn't get out McNuggets. The woman he spoke to apologized and said they would kindly fix the order. I decided I would go inside rather than go through the drive thru. When approached the counter, all the employees, as GregW63 states below, were just all standing about as if they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. I approached a young girl that I mad eye contact with and walked up to her and explained, with receipt and the McNuggets sauce (BBQ & Sweet & Sour) in hand, that my husband called and I didn't receive my 20 piece $5.39 McNuggets... I did however, receive the sauce (which is really, really abnormal for this store because usually you're lucky if you get the sauce at all, even when you ask for it specifically). The young girl just stared at me for a moment as if she was at a lose as to how to proceed with the present situation. She milled over around the other employees around the fry cooker and stated that she needed a 20 piece McNuggets... in which they kinda looked at her like they didn't know what to do either. Never did the go to the back and ask for a manager to see if my husband had indeed called as he gave them my name specifically. I guess it came to them that perhaps they should give me the nuggets as they boxed them and the young girl handed them to me. I stated "Don't you think you should throw in some fries for me having to drive alll the wayy back down here (I live 10 minutes away, come on people, would a few fries have really broke the bank!)? She stated "Well, how do I know that you didn't really get your nuggets? Are you insane!!! She more or less accusing me of trying to rip McD's off. I was too angry to respond and took the bag and left. I used to work in the fast food industry... When people call in with complaints, the manager handles it. This is just plain piss poor management and I will be now going to Wendy's, Burger King or ANY PLACE else. You lost a big patron, not that you really care though!!!
