Ordered a BK salad on 8/14 in Dallas Oregon. It was disgusting. The lettuce looked dirty, old and was wilted. The three quarter slices of tomatoes were limp and the shredded carrots were aweful they had a white coating on them indicating to me they were drying out, not to mention the fact they were limp as well. Asked for the grated cheese on the side and the employees acted irritated. They also forgot my grilled chicken. The salad is nothing like the picture that is advertised!
