My wife and I sat with a sales rep and were looking into a few of the program choices. And were told we would get a free Cuisinart food processor valued at $180.00 (probably inflated) We were told we had to act now and post date a check in case we wanted to take advantage of the deals going on. When we looked into buying a freezer from past customers we unveiled a bunch of past problems including ex - employees. After telling the sales person we decided to go with the smaller program (not including the freezer) and what we saw online and heard from some past customers the sales person's attitude changed. Four hours later a disgruntled ex-employee called my unlisted home number and started harrassing my wife about him being sued for bad mouthing the company. I called and spoke with the GM John and said I am choosing not to do business with a company that would do such a thing (give our info to this person). John said he understood and would have our post dated check and all paperwork with our personal info dropped off within 24 hours. 26 hours later I called and spoke with Gary (owner) and he said we had to go ahead with a program with them. I explained what happened and Gary said the ex-employee (Anthony) is a meth-head and Heroin addict and should not be trusted. Now I got even more concerned because this is the guy they gave my personal info to. Gary said if I want to I better do a stop payment on my check (still dated 3 more days out) and he will not discard the contract. Then Garyu started cursing at me (on tape). My wife called back and he cursed at her too and made threats about our business (also on tape). Now I did not get the $180.00 appliance and have to cancel my check costing me $25.00 and change my number, $50.00, plus hope this addict will not come around looking for things to steal. Very frustrating. Strang thing is I told the sales person some of their large cliante were very close friends with our family. Not the best business decission.
