I'm not going to begin this "report" by saying how bad Frusco's Steaks is like everyone else that files a consumer complaints. For the most part, at one point in time I thought they were great. They had great cheese steaks, the place was clean and you could usually eat pretty quickly - all you really need from a Philly steak joint... I loved that we had a legit steak joint in the northeast, but it is not the same...

My reason for writing this is not because they are "ripping people off" but because I was a very dedicated customer, and I was treated very poorly, and blatantly disrespected by an employee that was AWARE that I order from there ALL THE TIME (simply by looking at their screen they could've saw that I wasn't just a random call, as their customers orders are stored).
