I've been shopping at HEB in Lockhart, Luling and Gonzales for years and buy my meat there. We can only afford to eat steak 3 or 4 times a year, and buy good ones (porterhouse and filet mignon). The last ones I bought were so salty tasting that it ruined our special treat steak dinner. Whatever you are doing to the steaks to make them salty now, please stop doing it!
