Sonic Drive-in, Terrible customer service

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. We parked in a space directly outside the building, where we could see inside the prep area. We decided what to order and pressed the red button. There were three employees inside and one other coming in to work. There were two other vehicles in the lot. Two of the employees made eye contact no less than 4 times each. We also made eye contact with the employee bringing food to the other cars. The red button was pressed THREE more times over the next few minutes. None of the employees acknowledged our presence. We made a point to press the red button when one of the employees (standing beside the inside speaker/order box) was looking directly at us. Nothing. No one seemed interested in serving us. We went around the corner to Sxxxxy (REDCTED) and had a lovely meal. We will not go back to this Sonic.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
