Worst Nightmare at Merles Restaurant in Littleton Colorado

We simply had TOUGHEST food experience I've ever endured in a cafe within Denver Colorado. Because the mid-1990s our Co Organization has performed business meals with Customers about once per week and that I need to state we've never has this type of poor experience whilst the one we simply had at Merles Littleton cafe.

I am hoping this encounter doesn't charge us out greatest Customer that's been around for more than 12 years. It surely was that poor.

We chose to talk with our Customer for lunch and attempt Merles cafe in Littleton, Co. The team placed in a really small desk, as it was alone accessible - aside from the club. Your host came and got our beverage and appetizer purchase. She delivered with this beverages after which requested us what we'd like for the meal. We requested our entrees.inside a couple of minutes among the waitstaff seemed with this entrees, NOT our appetizer! We politely questioned if that may provide our appetizer first after which provide our entrees whenever we were completed using the appetizer.

The meals machine quit and requested the primary server (that required our purchase) to come quickly to our desk and we informed her what occurred and questioned if she might check up on the appetizer. She appeared really confused by what they did and he or she responded that she'd get check up on appetizer.inside a couple of minutes the primary server delivered using the appetizer. Just 5-7 minutes later (we weren't actually half-way in to the appetizer) when another fresh food host (the Next one) attempted to provide our entrees another period. Observe that the desk was really small and may just maintain our appetizer and our beverages! We requested the server to come back the meals towards the home as there is insufficient space up for grabs of course if she might return using the meal whenever we had completed our appetizer.

A couple of minutes had handed and incredibly child identifying herself whilst the supervisor found our desk and informed us that people had he was conscious that people delivered our entrees back again to your kitchen 2 times after which stated that will compensation the statement for that appetizer and two beverages after which he requested us to instantly abandon the cafe! I first questioned him if he was severe when I believed it was a nuisance but he explained no and again insisted that people abandon. We got up in surprise over his demand and comfortably left the cafe.

Once outside a guy who stated he was who owns Merles adopted us and informed us he was the one which requested supervisor to inform us to depart since he didn't such as the method we handled his team! WHAT??? We calmly explained what happened. Their responded to us declaring he was doing this nicely (even yet in this economy) he didn't require clients like us! WHAT??? What did we do???

Obviously our organization was really ashamed by what Merles did to us and afterwards our Customer indicated their severe discontent with all the scenario.

It was out best Customer. I really hope we don't shed any company over what Merleis team and operator did to us.

That Is certainly the TOUGHEST food experience we've ever endured in a cafe within Denver Colorado. Exactly what a Headache!!!
