People complain, that Wendy's are Slave drivers to their employees: low pay, don't treatstaff right. To which a writer replied "you need to work hard and work your way up the ladder. You'll get Benifits, 60k pay, etc..."Guess what, instead. You get near the top of the ladder, after working 25 years, from shift manager, to Store Manager. Good reveiws... Hard working, dedicated emplyee, YOU GET PUSHED OFF!
Wendystreats it best employees just as bad. District Managers want to maketheir budget, resume look better. Just ruin someone else life, Wendys should state that on their Applications that you will be fired once you get near the top. Corp shouldlook into getting a new District Manager, (I'm sure they won'tmind being out of a job right before the Holidays and finnaly enough money saved to get a house last month.) one that cares aboutpeople not investors etc...
