Purchased on 06/14/10 at store #0379 - i ordered a fish sandwich with lettuce and cheese only. I received one with tartar sauce and no cheese. Also, i ordered a mustard whopper. There was mayonnaise on it - no mustard. This is not the first time this has happened.
