This client asked for work to be performed, then after the work was satisfactorily completed, agreed to pay in person. He said he was unavailable for the in-person meeting where payment was due but in telephone calls and e-mail specified and requested further work to be performed.
Upon completion of the second work order, he stopped returning calls and stopped returning e-mails. He ignored an e-mailed invoice that provided the option for online payment. He made no claim that the work was not satisfactory, yet refused requests for payment and refused to discuss his refusal to pay.
