Penny Baker, CEO/Owner, And Pete Estep, President After 5 Months and Over 50 Attempts to Contact, Unable to Get Paid $970.00 for Services Performed Ripoff

The CEO/Owner of National Bankcard Systems, Penny Baker, retained the services from our company to design a website. We sent an invoice for $450 for the website, which is 85% completed and all we are waiting on is to add the content and text for the site, about 1-2 hours work left. We sent emails to the owner with invoice attached 5 MONTHS AGO and sent the request and invoice about 6 times via email, requesting the final content so we can quickly finish the website and pay our employees for the work performed. I have also contacted Pete Estep, President, National Bankcard Systems, and his response was he has to get approval from Penny baker to pay the invoice and his overall attitude was he does not care and it is not his problem.

I have called over 30 times the last 5 months, left several voice mails, and sent dozens of emails to Penny Baker, and he does not answer his office or cell phone on every single call, nor does he return my phone calls or respond to my emails. I have an outstanding invoice of $450 that needs to be paid from a project that is over 5 months old now that has been delayed because Penny Baker's outright neglect and disrespect for other peoples business and work performed. FNALLY, after emailing Pete Estep, Preseident of NBS, and pressuring him to resolve this issue, Penny Baker finally called me back 2 times the past 3 weeks but he called back after hours and left a voice mail. When I did return his phone call, once again having to leave numerous voice mails and emails, he never answers his phone or responds to my emails.

This has been a habit of penny baker, ceo/owner or national bankcard systems, as this is now the 2nd time i have filed a bbb complaint online because national bankcard systems has owed us money for services performed and we were unable to collect for several months because penny baker dissapears. The last time i filed a bbb complaint online against this company, i was paid immediately within 5 days because national bankcard only cares about their reputation if a complain is posted online. If you try to resolve this on your own, they ignore you and disrespect your business and work performed.

In addition, i have been hosting 6 websites and domain names for penny baker the past 12 months at aprice of $10.00 per domain name totaling $720 in services i provided to penny baker. I received a payment of $200 about 5 months ago and i still have a balance due of $520. I am asking that the bbb assist in collecting $450 and $520 from penny baker, national bankcard systems. I have yet to be able to collect for the web hosting services i am provided for this company.

Desired resolution:
i am requesting/demanding full payment of $450 for the website design services and a balance of $520 for domain name hosting services provided (6 domains x 10.00 each = 720.00 minus 200.00 payment = 520.00 balance due)
