We recently moved to Duluth, MN and visited the Burger Kind on London Road via the drive-thru. My new debit card was declined and all I had with me was $11 in cash. I told the girl at the window to just eliminate one meal.instead, she came up with a solution that provided us most of what we had ordered for under $11, AND threw in a free soda on top of it. She made me feel that my negligence was their problem to solve, not mine, and she went above & beyond to make me feel okay about this, instead of embarrassed! I was thrilled & even my young son commented on how nice she was! My only complaint here is that the BK website doesn't appear to have a comments link for their restaurants but I will still let them know via snail mail, because they need to hear how exceptional their staff really is. Thank you!
