My complaint is with Burger King here on I street and Broadway in Chula Vista, CA. My family and I go to this fast food restaurant at least 5 to 6 times a week with large orders of at least $40.00 to $60.00 on the times we to here. The food is cold the fries are stale the chicken sandwich is cold and hard, soda machines are always down the shake machine doesn't work. So why would you offer any of these items if your out of them or the machines don't work. I just feel that Burger King is going down hill, a lot of the employees are young kids and don't have respect for the customer, some are rude they grab the money out of your hand and almost throw the drinks and food at you at the drive thru window, when you place your order they don't let you finish the order because they say " Is that it ", they make you feel like you are bothering them.
