Jeffrey and Maureen Muldrow, Va Pensiero, Red Limo Catering, had me sign over a check for $1,000 as a deposit for catering my 2011 wedding. They took my money and then filed for bankruptcy, knowing full well they would never provide the catering services. Maureen lied to me and told me to endorse the check over to her. They filed bankruptcy for both the restaurant and personally. This is fraud. My finance and I are struggling college students, it took us over a year to save this money.
