Franco Defuria in Pasadena, Northridge, North Hills, California Catering Service that uses frozen dinners & other event leftovers and overcharges!

Defuria Catering is the worst catering service. I used their service and their food was undercooked and when I complained an employee told me that the owner Franco Defuria uses frozen dinners like Lean Cuisine for his events. He also recycles the leftovers off of customers plates not eaten for other events. I also observed another employee going to the bathroom and not washing his hands and then going back and handling the food. When I complained to the owner, he blew me off. I reported his business to the BBB. He was also trying to overcharge me until I threatened with a lawsuit, then he backed off. Whatever you do, do not use this catering service, he is a fraud
