I ordered some syrup from Laurel Hutton of Laurel's Sweet Treats at www.glutenfreemixes.com. The syrup was from Black Horse Sauces, and Ron Palmer, had sent me to Laurel to order his syrup since he couldn't do a web order. It took almost 3 months to get the some of the syrup.
Two shipments of the syrup were destroyed by Fed-Ex, a total of 2 gallons of syrup, so you can imagine the mess (I never received anything). On the third shipment, sent UPS, I did get the syrup, but was shorted 80oz. Laurel said it was because they were all out of the big jugs, after so many got lost with FedEx. That I can believe. She and Ron Palmer said they would refund my $16 difference shortly.
I've been waiting since Nov 12, when she said in an email she would refund the difference, but no credit has shown up on my credit card. Ron Palmer also emailed on Nov 12, and said Laurel could credit me the difference.
I've had nothing but problems with Laurel's Sweet Treats, and don't understand why it took 3 months to get an order of syrup, and don't understand why not once did Laurel do what she said she'd do. Each time FedEx lost a shipment, she said she'd get another right out, and it always took her a couple weeks, and several reminders from me to do so.
I want my credit back for the syrup I didn't receive!
