I walked into Dunkin' Donuts today, eager to taste the new frozen hot chocolate item on the menu. When I received my beverage, I was instantly disappointed. It had no whipped cream like it was supposed to, and when I asked for it, my server was very snotty with her response. My drink was barely blended and when I tasted it, I only tasted the overly-sweet taste of chocolate syrup. I was basically drinking syrup spread onto mashed, lumpy ice. I had much higher expectations. I can guarantee I will never purchase this product EVER again.
