Having used before I thought I would try Seattle Coffee Direct. They slammed me with 3 shipments of 2 bags each weekly the day after my original order went in.

I even received one of those before getting the box with the 2 bad (fall apart) traveling mugs, 2 dollar store mugs and original 2 bags of coffee. The bags had air in them but looked close to the stated 1 lb. The coffee was okay but there was no way I was going to need 2 lbs of coffee a week.

I returned the 3 shipments, actually refusing to take the 3rd one from the postal carrier and called customer service. They were very apologetic and going to credit my account. They have sent me 2 emails verifying this.

I've since called and emailed and now am trying to have MC refund the charges to me. Its been a year and they just don't care even though they confirmed they would return my funds. They keep saying 'We will credit your credit card."

I did notice now the site says it offers 'Store Credit Only' but if they overshipped it is 'slamming' and really that store credit would not apply as they sent you something you did not ask for. I am reporting them to the FTC and their state Attorney general for further action.

Always was good to deal with and never over shipped or overcharged me as a customer.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
