I had been in the above area and experienced the drive-thru to-order 2 coffees. I told the drive-thru clerk that I required a Sizable Hazelnut Lighting and Nice along with a Big Hazelnut Dark with 3 Equivalent. The person mentioned back again to me that I needed a Sizable Hazelnut Lighting and Nice along with a Big Normal, to that we responded, no the 2nd you ought to be dark with 3 Equivalent, Hazelnut. Therefore he explained, Okay, Big Hazelnut Lighting and Nice along with a Big Standard Dark with 3 Equivalent. At this time I am receiving really annoyed and I stated, NO, they're equally Hazelnut and he shouts back I FIRST GOT IT, BIG HAZELNUT LIGHT AND SWEET AND LARGE REGULAR BLACK 3 EQUIVALENT! OTHER THINGS? After I got towards the register I had been enraged but he wasn't the individual operating the register and so I could not say something to him, and that I needed to return to function. But he did create a point-of glarring at me through the screen when he brough up my coffees. I ought to note this guy didn't speak English nicely, and so I doubt he believed he was saying something wrong. But I ought to not be screamed at since he does not speak English correctly. I believe he requires a repeat of Customer Support. I'll not be likely to this area again.
