McDonald's customer service Where's The Hazelnut? - Employees

I am writing to complain about the McDonald's in Orland Park, located on 159th and Wolf Rd. Out of the last 5 times I have been there 4 times my order was incorrect! I consistently order an Egg & Cheese McMuffin - NO SAUSAGE. I then reiterate NO MEAT PLEASE and Extra Cheese! And I am consistently dissappointed. Today instead of just leaving the issue alone I went back and asked for my money back... I returned the full order totaling $6.90, and asked to be charged for the one hashbrown that I had taken a bite from. I told the girl to look at the receipt, and that the receipt was in the bag with the untouched food. The girl working the window called in the manager and stated to him I was giving her a hard time!?!?!? After the manager (Carl) came he refunded me blindly and returned to me only $4.53. Since when is a hashbrown $2 and change? I called Carl back and told him of the mistake and he was still rude over the phone. He stated he wasn't aware that a receipt was in the bag. I also stated as a former resturant owner if whomever was preparing the food had a hard time speaking or understanding english than it was his job as the manager to explain to them the order. The employees and management at that location are incorrigible, disrespectful, and dense. You have lost a long time customer, and I only hope that you train your future employees in the art of customer service!
