I visited the KFC at 224 WATTS. Kettleman street in Lodi Ca. On 10/02/09 at 3:14 pm with my mom since she desired to handle me and her to some KFC meal, among the most popular eateries. Once we went within the cafe, we realized that there where no clients within the location, therefore we believed okay no waiting! We requested a-3 item Chest & Side dinner for me personally along with a Poultry Place Cake on her. Then your host stated that there is a-10 minute. Watch for bisc. I although they'd be filled on food sinse there company was sluggish. And so I stated that the bisc. Was among the good reasons for the visit. And so I believed to provide me one when completed. She gave us our purchase plus we purchase two beverages. Once we visit begin eating we observe that you will find no napkins, sodium, or pepper avaliable. I request the host"Pardon Me" and he or she did not answer for around three attempts, then she stated "What", I stated may I acquire some sodium, pepper, and butter. She hands me sodium, pepper, no butter! I tell her may I acquire some butter! She informs me she'll provide me some when my bisc. Is performed. I informed her I'd like some today, therefore she fingers my two butters and was rude about this! I return to the desk where my mom was awaiting the butter. The host provides me the bisc. But no butter. I am hoping to not get annoyed and shed our appettight so I visit bite into my wing and I noticed there is feathers about two-inch long dangling off my side! I dropped my starvation and thus did my mom the host who had been still standing there said "Some include Feathers and thus Do Not!" then snikered and strolled away towards the table to assist some clients. I really could not believe what had only occurred! I believed to my mom who had been so annoyed and nervice due to the rude support and disrespect that she started to move. My mom is 66 yrs old which trumitized her. I also could not believe she did not provide to displace or have any take care of our fulfillment. I went up-to get our cash back, the supervisor a hispanic ladies, shouts out "what do u need" I stated that me and my mom would really like our cash back! She said "Im just likely to substitute the main one side, thats it!" I had been so angry at this time that my mom started to cry and move! I required my cash! She went and informed another manager Mr. Glen D'Anna supervisor/co-operator anything at work, he then arrived and stated that he was just likely to substitute two-pieces! At this time Our consern was for my mom who I believed was goning to truly have a coronary attack. Therefore stated that I have to proceed simply rush up and so I may abandon He got his period and was really unprofessional, I nearly went out when he arrived around with a few cash a-5 Buck statement and that I quit really annoyed and unhappy. It got my mom about one hour 5 to relax. OBVIOUSLY WE'RE NOT RETURNING TO THAT CAFE! And that i need that someting is performed about this! YOUR E-Mail is [email protected] please respond IF KFC DOES NOTHING I'll TAKE FURTHER ACTION! We used 15 bucks to obtain abused plus they all messed up among the most popular things you can do! Additionally the folks who're operating this cafe are distroying the poultry flavor that KFC Has often had, the poultry as of this cafe includes a poor oily bad chicken flavor please recover the truly amazing flavor of KFC.
