I got the free KFC grilled chicken coupon legitimately like everyone else did. I went in a few days (maybe a week?) after the deal originally came out to claim my coupon. The place was jammed and they were not allowing any customers in the doors with the coupons. I was given a "raincheck" form and told to give it to them or mail it in. I opted to mail mine in and filled out everything as instructed. I have yet to-date to get *anything* from KFC. My coupon was legit and sent in correctly. I called to ask about where my coupon was at the beginning of sept '09 and was told they'd "Look into it". I never heard anything back. I called them again the other day and was told that all coupons had expired in August and they were not accepting any complaints over the phone but to a special email address only. I asked for a manager and they refused to pass me to one. I told them what they had previously said about "Looking into it" and they didn't care at all, they said to email only. I doubt i'll EVER hear anything back from this loser of a company. They have ZERO customer service and could care less about their failure to honor the coupon. I told them I would never step foot in another KFC unless I received the coupon I was entitled to. They wasted my time (and gas) going to KFC only to leave empty handed. Shame on them!
