Coupon ripoff. Took coupon and gave rain check. Nothing furthur recieved

I went to the website and downloaded coupon for free chicken grilled. Went to kfc in Holiday florida and they made me fill out a rasincheck. They took the rain check and that was the last wee heard from them. They said would be contacted in about a week. This has been several weeks and we were ripped off by kfc
