My order was the eight-piece dinner, and the side was a large helping of mashed potatoes and gravy. No utensils came with the order, so back I went to ask for them. Nothing was provided for the mashed potatoes either, so I returned and was given small boxes to eat out of. That is completely unacceptable. On my third trip I insisted on individual serving cups. Derek, who waited on us, needs lessons in serving your food along with the silverware. I am extremely disappointed with Popeyes.
