Hello Customer Service @ Churches Chicken,
My name is Marie. I went to Churches Chicken tonight to get something to eat. I ordered a 16 piece meal. It came with 2 sides, (mashed potatoes, cole slaw) and 6 biscuts.
I don't like mashed potatoes, so I asked for 2 cole slaw's. The girl said, (NO) that It would be extra. I asked her what the difference would be? She added the whole thing up and told me the total price instead. I had to ask her again. She told me it would be $ 2.00 extra.
So I only get the 1 side order and have to pay $2.00 extra for the 2nd side of cole slaw. I looked to see if the sign stated (NO SUBSTITUTES), but the sign didn't say that. I told her that I didn't feel it was fair that I pay 2.00 for the cole slaw when she wasn't even going to give me 2 sides to begin with.
She could have given me any other side in place of the mashed potatoes to make up the 2 sides and then I would have been happy to pay extra for the 2nd colw slaw.
I had to go to K.F.C. To get my dinner. I like churches Chicken better, however I had to go somewhere else because of the Churches Chicken on San Ysidro blvd.in San Ysidro, California 92173
This was very poor customer service. The workers were all talking and laughing and having a good time with each other, They were all Mexican workers and I am white, so I believe they just wanted to give me a hard time.
I did go to K.F.C.in the same city on the same road just a few blocks down the road. I was treated with very good customer service from them and all of the workers were very nice to me. They were all Mexican also.

I tried to complain to the web. Site of churches chicken it self, but they didn't have a place for me to it. That is why I am putting my complaint here on this board.
