(Aside From Just Their Use Of Microwave's [Which They Actually Verbally TOLD Us To HIDE From Patrons Because This Falls Contrary To Their Advertising Of "Fresh" Food, And Probably Because The FDA's Definition Of "Fresh", Which Defines The Term "Fresh" When It Is Used To Suggest That A Food Is Raw Or Unprocessed Which In This context, "Fresh" Can Be Used Only On A Food That Is Raw and Has NEVER Been Frozen Or Heated, And Contains No Preservatives.])
I Worked There For About 5 Months and In That Time - My Job As a Waitress In a Small, Close Knit Suburban Community Went From a Seemingly Nice Full Time Job (Something To Make Ends Meet) To Something That Feels Similar To Stepping Onto A Roller Coaster - It All Started After I Was Pulled Aside By A Fellow Waitress Shortly After An Incident Where Ania Snapped At Me For Essentially Trying to Help Her Do Something In The Store That She Actually Told Us [Myself and the Other Waitress'] To Do.
She Told Me That Ania Was An Alcoholic.
Later Finding Out From My Own Personal Observation, I Saw That Ania Actually Came To Work Drunk Daily and That Jeff Had Days Where I Had To Come In and Work Because Ania Was To Drunk To Even Come To Work At All, And When She Would She Would Be Very Temperamental and Visibly Intoxicated, Not To Mention Rude and Tried Many Times To Pin The Aroma Of Alcohol In The Kitchen On US (Her Staff & Waitress'). SEVERAL Other Waitress' (I Have Found Out From Other Staff) Have Actually Quit Because They Just COULD NOT Deal With Ania's Temperamental Inability To Not Come Into Work Drunk.
This Is An Establishment Where May Children Go - They (Their Family, Caretakers, And Other Patrons) Could Potentially Be Presented With a Slight Level of Risk With An Untreated Alcoholic Primarily In Charge (Whom Is Actually Visibly Intoxicated) and The Acute Risk of Exposure To Fecal Matter and Germs From The Cockroaches I Found In The Kitchen Unexpectedly One Day After Exclaiming "Oh My God! There's a Cockroach!!!" (When Several Diners Were In The Building) - I Lost My Job a Few Days Later...
I Believe Crawford's Kitchen To Be a Unlawful Enterprise - I Hope That More People Whom Worked For These Folks and Know What I Am Talking About Speak Out About This - The People Of Plymouth, Michigan and Its Surrounding Communities Deserve To Know The Truth.
