I ordered from this store a 60 dollar order of 50 mild wings (which were hot!) and a large extra cheese pizza with pepperoni (which had no pepperoni!). I asked them to come to the ally entrance to my home but I guess the delivery guy could not read because when I asked him about it he looked at his ticket and said oh jeez your right I'm sorry.
When I called to complain they said they would fix it the next time I ordered with them (probably to ensure I would call back). This was fine with me until...
A week later when I called to have my food replaced they had no notations in the account and there wasn't even a manager there that I could speak with! Nor could the employee I spoke to even reach a manager by phone! However, an employee that was there at the time remembered there was some confusion with my order! They refused to give me any contact information and refused to replace my 60 dollar order.
This is a horrible way to run business and I hope all of you reading understand that and take it from me. If they mess up your food beware... Your not getting it replaced. If this is how Westshore Pizza treats their customers I won't be doing business with them and I hope you can learn from my mistake!
