I am placing this for everybody to determine. This can be a backup of what I delivered the organization. I'm 100% UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SUPPORT.

I ate dinner at your Yuma area nowadays (1/9/09) and I had the toughest possible eating experience ever. We'd an event of 6 and we requested meals sometime around 7:30pm. We waited for the food for around 2 hours. I observed other diners come and proceed, and comparable platforms of 6 who have been placed nicely after us and quit prior to we did. I am 100% good we ordered (not reached cafe, but LAY at desk and requested) for this time, because of telephone calls and texts as of this time. Your food required almost 2 hours to reach at our desk, after which I still needed to delay about 10-15 minutes additional for my meal and my little buddyis supper to reach (all purchases were positioned in the same period). I requested to talk to a and was known "Jay". He apologized and provided a-50% discount about the solution (everybody in the desk noticed this proportion). I decided to the discount and consumed. My spouse along with other people of my loved ones needed to abandon, because of a scheduled appointment, and quit my buddy and that I in the desk to pay for. Then he lifted his speech at me and explained that I had been NOT awaiting two hours, but that I'd just appeared about one hour before (which may have created my arrival-time around 8:30). I actually donot realize why he attempted to inform me what period I came after I am 100% certain of my appearance and purchasing occasions. I observed two boxing matches plus some baseball activities within my delay. I introduced my loved ones from outoftown to see a two-hour delay and disrespect from administration. This isn't appropriate whatsoever. I had been not grateful of administrationis attempted intimidation techniques and his disrespect. I don't experience I'll actually set base within the Yuma area again, and that I can make it a place to allow everybody understand the caliber of support and poor perspective I obtained in the supervisor.
