Denny's has a Senior card where after buying 10 breakfasts you get a meal free as well as a free beverage and a free desert as one progresses up the card. I had a completed card not using the free beverage or desert previously. I gave the waiter the card as I had done in the past and was then informed that the company changed the terms. My card said a free meal after 10 now the waiter says the cards say 'only a senior meal'!!! Well, they honored by regular ordered meal but charged me for my 'free drink' and REFUSED my desert. I have e-mailed complaints and left written complaints to Denny's with NO ANSWER!!! All I want is to find out why they changed things in mid stream and WHY I was refused my free beverage and desert
which was rightfully mine.
