Visa Priv Pass. This is showing up on my bank statements and I did not authorize this

I would like to report that I am b eing charged $14.95 each month for something I did not approve. I am currently contacting my bank to reject these charges and to investiage this company. The phone # that is given is 877-564-8534, but no one answers the phone. You do receive a very professional voice message, followed by music, but no one ever comes to the phone to take your call. I held on the phone for hours, and they probably racked up even more money from me by my waiting on the phone...
