Spiegel / Encore Marketing Inernational Privilege Pass
Spiegel privilege pass - rip off

I bought an expensive coffee maker for the office, while I was placing my order, this Privilege Pass comes up on the screen as if it was part of the order info required, so I filled it out, to find I have been charged $14.95 per month, which was 3 months ago... So I would like a refund of $44.95 which I have paid for nothing in return. This makes me furious as that is almost half of what the coffee maker cost. I expected more from a well known company like SPIEGEL. I called (877-564-8534) to cancell my membership (as they call it) and the recording spat out the conformation # out so fast, I barley had time to write it down... So have pen and a piece of paper that won't slide ready.
