Popeyes continues to be my personal favorite junk food restaurant for a long time, till March 16th, at 7:47 pm. I visited the drive-thru to buy an order of chicken wings. I advised the order-taker #3110 (this data is about the low-reciept slide I had been provided) that I needed three wings only. I had been provided two small wings and two cookies that I can't eat after I anticipated three of these. I had been too much away in the home to consider this back, however the following day I named to consult with the supervisor (Sean Fletcher) along with a low-Language speaking individual response the phone and may not determine what I had been stating and he or she merely hung-up the telephone. I called back and after five bands she acquired again. I request the manger again and again and lastly I acquired her to comprehend, then she explained the supervisor Sean wasn't there.
Nearly five bucks was a great deal to purchase 2 wings! I had been not provided an effective bill or what I request. To top this all off there is no supervisor or anyone who I really could talk to at that time of calling to resolve this problem. I'm not against variety but atleast make certain the workers speak English. How do you get repaid for an uncompleted purchase with no correct bill?
