I went to the taco bell in Ozark, AL I paid for my food by credit card. The total was $7.38. The receipt printed and showed that I had paid. The cashier said that he needed to swipe my card again. I told him the receipt shows that I paid, he said he needed to swipe my card again. I asked to speak with the manager I showed her the receipt that showed I paid, explained the problem, and requested a refund or my food I had ordered. She refused to give me either. I asked to speak with her manager to which she replied she was the manager. I told her that she has a manager as well and I want to speak with them, she said "No." I informed her that I would be contacting my bank to stop payment, contacting the District Attorney to report credit card fraud, contacting taco bell corporate office, filing a complaint on with the better business bureau and usacomplaints.com, and writing a letter to the editor of the local newspaper describing the incident and the lack of customer service. She replied "So what, I don't care." I left the store and called my bank and the taco bell customer service hotline.
