After waiting about 20 minutes with several others who had ordered before me, and watching others come inside and receive their orders first, I asked to talk to the manager. He declined to come to the front. After waiting another 15 minutes, a Jason or Justin appeared and asked, and I quote, "What do you need?" I explained my displeasure about what had occurred, and only then did I get the order I had paid for 30 minutes earlier. I commented to him that he should comp my meal or make it right, and he responded by telling me, "We are not going to give you free food, sir."
At that point, in my eyes, they had messed up and should have made it right. I do not know why they have a number to call to complain, because when I called, they blew me off just like he did. I will never eat there again, and I am sure the others who were treated in the same manner that day will not eat there either. Whatever happened to customer service?
