I have followed the reports on usacomplaints.com for Nature's Prime/Steve Billig and have had the same experience. Kathy and Christopher, I am in the process of following your advice and am on step 2. Thank you for it. I will kindly accept any other advice you have to give!
In January I gave Steve Billig a check for $1,400 for frozen organic food which I never received. I do have a freezer from an earlier delivery, and he has been in contact (meaning he keeps giving me delivery dates—well, now I am only asking for a refund check, but he can't seem to find Federal Express to get it to me). I don't know why there's not a warrant out for his arrest. I'll keep you updated.
